Return Policy – RICHGLASNI

At RICHGLASNI, we are committed to providing our customers with the finest luxury vehicles and a seamless, hassle-free buying experience. We understand that purchasing a luxury vehicle is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident and secure in your purchase. Our Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your vehicle and how the process works.
1. General Return Guidelines
We offer a return policy for our vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of luxury cars, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Eligible Purchases: Returns are only accepted for vehicles purchased directly from RICHGLASNI.
- Condition of the Vehicle: The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or picked up, with no alterations or modifications made. The vehicle must be free of any damages (including exterior, interior, and mechanical).
- Mileage Limit: To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must not exceed 200 miles added to the odometer from the date of purchase.
- Original Documentation: All original documentation, including the purchase contract, warranty papers, and any associated service records, must be returned with the vehicle.
2. Return Time Frame
Standard Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery. This period allows you sufficient time to inspect your vehicle and ensure it meets your expectations.
Late Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond the 7-day window. If you have any concerns after this period, please contact us immediately, and we will attempt to assist in resolving any issues within our available resources.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Service team by phone at (360) 829-0466 or by email at info@richglasni.com to inform us of your intention to return the vehicle. Please provide the following details:
- Purchase date and invoice number
- Vehicle details (make, model, VIN)
- Reason for return
Vehicle Inspection: Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for an inspection of the vehicle. An inspection must be completed at one of our authorized locations before a return is processed.
Return Authorization: After the inspection and approval of the return, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The vehicle must be returned to RICHGLASNI within 7 days after receiving the RAN.
Vehicle Return: The vehicle should be returned in the original condition as described above. All keys, remote controls, accessories, and documents that were provided with the vehicle must be included in the return.
Refund Process: Upon successful inspection and confirmation that the vehicle meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on your bank’s processing times.
4. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
- Custom Orders: Any vehicles that have been specially customized or built to the customer’s specifications.
- Damaged Vehicles: Any vehicles that have been involved in accidents, have incurred damage, or have been altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
- Used Vehicles: Our return policy only applies to new vehicles. For used vehicles, please refer to our Used Vehicle Warranty policy.
- Vehicle Accessories: Any accessories purchased separately from the vehicle (such as custom wheels, exterior mods, or non-standard features) are not eligible for return.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
In the event of a return, the following charges may not be refundable:
- Delivery Fees: Any charges related to vehicle delivery or transportation.
- Registration Fees: Any fees paid to governmental authorities for vehicle registration.
- Finance Charges: If financing was arranged for the purchase of the vehicle, the finance charges incurred before the return will not be refunded.
6. Vehicle Trade-Ins
If you traded in a vehicle as part of your purchase, the trade-in will be treated as a final transaction. If you return your vehicle, we will not be able to refund or reverse the trade-in offer. You may be offered another vehicle, but the trade-in offer remains binding and is not refundable.
7. Warranty Coverage and After-Sales Service
While we offer a return policy, we also encourage our customers to make use of the RICHGLASNI Warranty and after-sales services if you experience any issues with your vehicle. Our extended warranty program covers many aspects of the vehicle for years after your purchase, ensuring you continue to enjoy your luxury car with peace of mind.

8. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a customer may wish to exchange a vehicle for a different model or configuration. Exchanges can be requested in place of a return, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, based on availability and terms.
